SPRING PROGRAMS START MARCH 5
Athletes progress by developing better body control, learning to absorb forces (jumping and landing) and developing the “mind-muscle” connection using bodyweight and resistance exercises.
- Develop a work ethic and understand “Best effort”
- Introduction to linear/lateral/change of direction skills
- Age-appropriate weight training to improve upper/ lower body and core strength
- 60-minute training sessions
