Gain Strength and Sharpen Your Lacrosse Skills with Our Training Program!

Lacrosse is a sport of strength and endurance! From speed down the field, to shooting power, to defensive checks players must be functionally strong in multiple planes of motion to be the most efficient and successful.

Lifting with free weights in a safe and properly programmed setting is the BEST way to accomplish this objective.

Join our Expert Coaching Staff to take your Lacrosse game to the Next Level - enhance the skills utilized in lacrosse, involving movements in all three planes : side to side, forward and backward, and up and down.

From September 12 - November 4th (8 weeks) you can choose your membership to train one, two, or three times a week. Cost can be prorated based on start dates.

We Also Offer Skills Personal Training

Join Next Level Training for our next 8 week LAX SKILLS training. Coach Jacob, a seasoned LAX player (background here) will spend personal time with your player in a small group setting of no more than 6, focusing on fundamental lacrosse skills including game strategy, stick-work, strength, and footwork.
