Enroll NOW! Spring Program starts March 6
Are you a High School football player aspiring to play at the collegiate level? Trying to make first string, or move from JV to varsity? Then you need to do some serious training! We’ve got the expertise, facility and the equipment to mentally and physically prepare you to excel at recruiting events, tryouts, junior days, prospect camps and combines like Nike Sparq, Rivals, NUC, and NCSA. Football is a game that requires short, high intensity bursts of speed, and quick recovery time, not endurance. Yet, too many combine training programs still emphasize drills that focus on speed endurance. Next Level’s combine prep program is built so you can not only become adept at the most common combine tests, but show marked improvement in the speed, agility, and power needed to score well at the combines.
Combine training is for ages 15+ and is limited to 12 participants.
- Max velocity speedwork in the 30-60 yard range
- Increase jump height/distance with vertical power drills
- Improve change of direction with linear drills
- Improve your acceleration/deceleration mechanics
- 40-yard dash start position and running mechanics
- Pro agility shuttle start, cutting & acceleration
- Technique and testing for 3 Cone Drill, Vertical Jump, Power Toss, Bench Press, Broad Jump, 40-yard dash and Shuttle
- Gain confidence to get coaches to notice you!
