Next Level Fitness and Performance – the best in the area for performance training – has designed a complete training system for the elite athlete that wants to stand out in collegiate sports.
The goal of this semi-private training (maximum 6 athletes) is to maximize the athlete’s potential and increase their opportunities moving forward in their athletic careers. Not only are we physically preparing the athlete but also educating them in regards to mental preparation, nutritional coaching, and regeneration techniques. With our experience, knowledge and access to the best specialists in the country, we provide the best environment to make that happen.
This program focuses on building power, speed, quickness, strength and endurance specific to each sport and athlete. While creating greater mobility and flexibility in order to lower the risk of injury. Elite athletes will be challenged every single day, both physically and mentally. We will prepare you for whatever is put in front of you.
This program is designed for collegiate and college-bound athletes.
Program is 90 minutes 3x/week
