Lacrosse is a total body sport, so not only is it important to consistently hone your lacrosse skills, you need to strengthen your arms, legs and core in order to meet the demands of the game and be the standout player that you want to be! Our Director of Athlete Performance, Cory Albright, partnered up with local lacrosse standout, D1 player, and club/HS Coach Morgan Rodgers to bring you this highly-effective 8-week program that combines skills training and strength training. In fact, you won’t find anything like this program, except at the collegiate level!
-Improving stick skills including ball handling, shooting, dodging & moving full speed -Efficient footwork development -Understanding and interpreting game situations -Strong emphasis on proper technique with individual feedback provided
-Increase explosiveness with Olympic lifts -Development of rotational power for increased shot speed -Emphasis placed on grip & forearm strength to improve stick control -Pre-hab exercises to prevent common injuries
