This program is designed for collegiate and college-bound athletes.
You know it – there’s always someone vying for your spot so you had better show up pre-season in shape and ready to impress! We offer 90-minute training sessions in our fully equipped, collegiate style facility staffed by some of the best trainers around!
This semi-private training (maximum 6 athletes) maximizes the athlete’s potential and increases their opportunities moving forward in their athletic careers. With our experience, knowledge and access to the best specialists in the country, we provide the best environment to make that happen.
This program focuses on building power, speed, quickness, strength and endurance specific to each sport and athlete. While creating greater mobility and flexibility in order to lower the risk of injury. Elite athletes will be challenged every single day, both physically and mentally. We will prepare you for whatever is put in front of you.
