Healthier You in 42 is a program designed for anyone with a goal of dropping pounds and changing body composition to feel better, live healthier and have more energy!
Is this program for you?
- Are you ready to be seriously committed for 42 days, with the intention of maintaining a healthy lifestyle beyond?
- Are you willing to commit to working out with a personal trainer 3 to 4 times/week?
- Will you follow our simple meal plan? (no special meals to buy; you shop at your local grocer)
- Will you journal food and exercise daily?
- Are you willing to be accountable to yourself and our supportive and motivating team?
If you answered yes, you will get results!
Here’s what you get from us:
- Our attention! We’re only taking 20 participants so that we can provide you with the tools, the motivation and support you need to succeed!
- Your own private and personalized Fitness Starting Point assessment. We’ll talk about your goals, your challenges and your “why” — the very thing that is driving you to consider this program.
- InBody body composition scan at the beginning, middle, and end of the program. Knowledge is power – you will know and understand important factors about your body: body fat, lean muscle, and visceral fat.
- 3 personal training sessions per week, PLUS a bonus Conditioning 101 session every Saturday
- Easy to follow meal plan that won’t leave you guessing what or when to eat. Did we mention most participants say they’re always full???
- Nutrition guidance from our certified nutrition coach
