AFTER SCHOOL fitness

For kids of all skill levels!

After school fitness AGES 9-12

This camp is for both current and up and coming athletes. Creating a foundation of the mechanics necessary for becoming a better athlete is the goal of our 9 - 12 year old Boot Camp programming. With a focus on Balance, Coordination and learning Proper Technique for running form and basic body weight workouts. 

Mondays & Thursdays 5:00PM-6:00PM

 

 

after school fitness ages 13-18

This camp is for current and up and coming athletes ages 13-18. Focusing on overall improvement in athletic movements. Focusing on speed development, enhancing power and explosiveness in all planes of motion, efficiency in movement, and agility + quickness. With the intent to shift skill improvements to each athlete’s individual sport. 

Mondays & Thursdays 4:00PM-5:00PM
