Come Back Stronger and Ready to Play
It’s not easy coming back from an injury and re-establishing your place on the team, particularly when rehab has only focused on the injured area while the rest of the body got weaker from lack of conditioning. The player needs to rebuild their strength and confidence in order to come back strong and avoid re-injury or new injury. Our Return to Play Program is designed to bridge the gap between physical therapy and practice/game readiness.
- Communication with physician/physical therapist
- Complete evaluation to identify weakness, imbalance or deficiencies
- Phase 1 Custom workout plan with balance and static exercises, predictable movement drills
- Phase 2 custom workout plan with dynamic, activity-based exercises and unpredictable movement drills
