The stronger and more conditioned we are, the simpler these movements are and the better suited we are to take on more challenging demands like the sports or physical hobbies we love.
Throw that out of balance with lack of activity, weight gain or injury and suddenly those simple movements aren’t so simple, and before you know it, you’re no longer participating in those activities that make you, you.
