Explosive Strength & Performance (Ages 15-18)

 

Program is designed for high school athletes trying to upgrade their on-field performance.
 
These 90-minute sessions:
  • Improve functional movement patterns that underpin all performance
  • Increase strength and power potential
  • Enhance movement mechanics for linear and multi-directional speed
  • Ensure transfer of training benefits through progressive plyometrics

We combine all of these to build an explosive and robust athlete.
