Program is designed for high school athletes trying to upgrade their on-field performance.
These 90-minute sessions:
- Improve functional movement patterns that underpin all performance
- Increase strength and power potential
- Enhance movement mechanics for linear and multi-directional speed
- Ensure transfer of training benefits through progressive plyometrics
We combine all of these to build an explosive and robust athlete.
