Athletes are introduced to more complex strength training using Eccentric focused tempos to exert force (power) and advanced movement patterns.
- Learn to lift with proper form and technique
- Accountability: workout tracking, responsibility in the weight room
- Speed, power, agility, first-step quickness drills for improved game performance
- 90-minute training sessions
Goal: Improve sport-specific skills and endurance through building total body athleticism to compete at higher levels.
