Enjoy a unique and motivational 60-minute workout with fellow Christian athletes. Includes soft tissue/corrective exercises, strength training, core exercises and conditioning/speed work.
Followed by an inspirational sermon by Kerry O’Neill, former collegiate and International professional basketball player who also spent 8 seasons as Chaplain to the Houston Rockets.
