It provides a wealth of information that helps you know what’s really going on with your body, including lean muscle, percent body fat and visceral fat. Knowledge is power, and InBody scans every 2 weeks of the challenge will show you exactly how your body is transforming over the six weeks.
- You get an easy-to-follow meal plan. No special foods to buy from us, or anyone else. You shop at your local grocer. And, you won’t feel like you’re starving. In fact, a good number of our clients say they’re always full and have to remember to eat!
- We teach you how to shop, what potential pitfalls to watch for, hold open weekly nutrition meetings and even review your food journal and what you’re eating every week so we can provide tips and tweaks to maximize your results.
- We provide you with both strength and metabolic workouts designed to help you reduce body fat and gain lean muscle. Every single one of our 30+/week group training sessions is led by a coach who knows your mission and wants to see you succeed.
- Plus, the Body Transformation Challenge includes 6 personal training sessions with a coach of your preference. These sessions allow for more specific attention to your program and goals.
