Our Body Transformation Challenge brings together all the components that ensures that you see measurable results in just 6 weeks: nutrition, fitness and accountability!
Nutrition: We provide you with simple meal plans specific to your body type, shopping lists and nutrition education to help you maximize your weight loss. We’ll also give you with an InBody body composition analysis that provides a baseline measure of your lean muscle mass, body fat and water. We’ll do a final scan at the end of the challenge and you’ll be amazed how your body has changed!
Fitness: When you’re trying to lose weight, it isn’t simply about exercising, it’s about doing the right exercise. Our Total Body and Metabolic Conditioning classes are scalable to most fitness levels and will help you build lean muscle and burn fat up to 72 hours after you workout! Plus, this Challenge includes 6 personal training sessions (1 per week) where you will get more personalized and focused training with a professional fitness coach.
Accountability: At one point or another, you’ll hit a bump in the road – it’s natural. It’s also common, if you don’t have the right support, to walk away and give up. We’re going to help make sure that doesn’t happen. From weekly check-ins with our Nutrition Coach, a private Facebook group to ask questions or just vent, weekly meetings and even a group of supportive people to workout with, you’ll find the accountability is a big component to your success!
