It’s an exercise a lot of us love to hate, but the benefits are just too strong to ignore! It’s time to embrace the BURPEE!
The burpee is a full-body exercise that when broken down into its four components, consists of crunching, planking, squatting and jumping. Put those four components together and you get one amazing, explosive exercise that works your core, upper and lower body, as well as provides a cardiovascular benefit if you do them at least 30 seconds to a minute (do two to three sets for maximum benefit). With technique and consistency anyone do them!
