Our signature fitness coaching program is what YOU need to

It starts with a free one-hour ultimate physical fitness and health assessment* done by one of our fitness coaches. Then our program writer uses the data to design an individualized program based on your needs and goals identified during your assessment. Because studies tell us that the body adapts to a routine done 2-3 times per week in just 4 weeks, we modify your program every 4-6 weeks, depending on your progress. This scientific approach allows us to utilize corrective exercise strategies and progressions that keep you moving toward your goals.

Our training system consists of:
• Recovery and soft tissue regeneration
• Mobility and corrective exercises
• Dynamic warm-up and flexibility exercises
• Core strengthening exercises
• Big “bang for your buck” power exercises
• Upper body and lower body resistance training exercises
• Metabolic & Interval Training for fat loss and cardiovascular health

~Semi-private training is limited to 3 clients per fitness coach~

If needed, training programs can be made available for clients to use while working out on their own.

*All clients must go through the assessment.
