LEVEL ONE AND LEVEL TWO PROGRAMS
Looking to shed some unwanted body fat and get your “fit female body” back? That’s what this program is all about. If hard work and results are what you’re after, we can deliver. If you’re bored with the basic treadmill/weight training workouts you’ve been doing for 10-15 years with the same results, these workouts will make you feel athletic again! These training sessions will get your metabolism cranking throughout the rest of your day!
Our 1-hour workouts for women only will focus on:
• Losing body fat with metabolic and interval training workouts
• Improving core strength
• Improving upper body and lower body strength
• Increasing flexibility for injury prevention
• Increasing joint mobility
• Better cardiovascular health
Men’s “Fat Blast” Training Camp
LEVEL TWO PROGRAM
Remember when you were athletic? Playing sports and in the best shape of your life? We want you to feel like that again! Bored with the same old workout routines and getting the same lack of results? Our men’s “fat blast training camp” workouts will make you feel athletic again!
These 1-hour workouts for men only will focus on:
• Losing body fat with metabolic and interval training workouts
• Improving core strength
• Improving upper body and lower body strength
“more muscle, more fat loss” with big “bang for your buck” exercises.
• Increasing flexibility for injury prevention
• Increasing joint mobility
• Better cardiovascular health
• Fun and exhausting games like our signature “cave man tennis” with medicine balls, running pass routes and catching football, agility drills, kettle bell relays, sled drives, tire flips, and training rope exercises.
Morning and evening training slots are available, call for details.
