Level 1:  EARLY ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT Next Level Trainers with Athlete Group
Ages 7-10

  • Focus on basic motor skills, coordination, and learning to run
  • Improve speed and quickness
  • Increase core and body strength
  • Improve jumping and landing skills, increased power
  • Better endurance and flexibility
  • Have fun and be confident! 

 

Level 2:  MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Ages 11-14

  • Maximize potential for life-long exercise
  • Develop basic movement skills and motor skills that will maximize potential; better hand-eye coordination
  • Linear and multi-directional speed and development; improve agility and quickness
  • Increased core and body strength
  • Developing sound nutritional habits, responsiblity, and confidence  

     

Level 3: MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Ages 11-14

  • Maximize potential for life-long exercise
  • Develop basic movement skills and motor skills that will maximize potential; better hand-eye coordination
  • Linear and multi-directional speed and development; improve agility and quickness
  • Increased core and body strength
  • Developing sound nutritional habits, responsiblity, and confidence
  • Begin to lift weight safely and effectively
    TRX, Kettlebell, Platforms for Explosive Olympic Lifting
     

Level 4: HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Ages 15-18

  • Serious training for serious athletes!
  • Extensive core training for strength and balance
  • Explosive Olympic Weight Training
  • Functional Training
  • Interval Conditioning for endurance and first-step quickness
  • Improved agility and multi-directional acceleration
  • Improved flexibility

 

 

TEAM TRAINING
